Private Pay Personal Care Information Guide

We provide Home Care Services Customized for Your Needs:

Personal Care Services, Light Housekeeping, Medication Reminders, Meal Planning/Prep, Shopping & Errands, Companionship, Mobility, Transferring, Bathing, Toileting, and Custom Care Planning.

Client is to provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.

Scheduling

We offer flexible scheduling and can do as few as one day per week, or as many as seven days per week with one or two visits per day. Overnight visits are also available.

Minimum of two hours per week is required to maintain services.

Payment

Private Pay Rates are $35 per hour for the services rendered. Payment shall be made on an advanced monthly basis, and only for the hours worked.

We provide weekly Timesheets that you sign off on for verification of hours worked.

Personal Care Workers:

Our Personal Care Workers (PCW’s) are experienced in Caregiving and are under the supervision of an RN. A background check through the Department of Justice is run on ALL BLS Employees and Personal Care Workers. If you are looking to have Shipping & Errand Services, then we also require a Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance. 

We are NOT a Transport Service and do not have the ability to transport wheelchairs.
